We Have A Winner Of Our Contest!
Funky Cake Awarded to Michelle Malcolm Clark
Macey Sievwright, one of Fergus' "Cake Ladies" from
Sweet & Simple, drew the names of the Grand Prize winner for
the online contest on the website FergusPages.com. The lucky winner,
Michelle Malcolm Clark of Fergus, received a funky Thanksgiving cake
that the Cake Ladies made especially for her.

There were also two consolation prizes, won by Donna Jamieson of Arthur and Susan Mulder of Kitchener. They each received six delicious squares.

What Was The Contest All About?
People who visited the FergusPages.com website or its booth at the Fergus Lions Home and Leisure Show were invited to find six letters on the website. With those six letters contestants had to make a word. The first letter was a G, and there was a not-so-hidden clue that the last letter was an N.
People who found all six letters, and read the instructions closely, could not go wrong and submitted the right word: GARDEN. Those people were in the draw for the yummie prizes.
